Level 2 National Certification Programs

Sterling Health Center offers Massage Therapy courses in some of the most exciting and highly demanded specialty areas.

The flexibility of our schedules encourages students to sign up for almost any program at anytime during the year.

In most cases, enrollment into these courses is limited solely to those who have graduated from a Basic Massage Therapy program. Individuals that do not fit this description, but wish to attend these advanced courses must be approved by Sterling Health Center's Director of Education prior to enrollment.  Our program is aimed towards massage therapists who are seeking National Certification by the NCBTMB and/or those interested in specialized advanced techniques in order to enhance their massage skills.

All Programs consist of 200-350 hours, and qualify students to sit for the National Certification exam (NCBTMB).  In order to achieve National Certification, a student must complete a total of 500 hours.  If you have you completed the Basic Massage Therapy Program before September 2007, you already have at least 300 hours accomplished.  These programs will satisfy the requirement for an additional 200 hours.
  • Students may qualify to transfer up to 70 hours from another school for credit towards their chosen National Certification Program.
Tuition is  $13/hour, and payment plans are available. Textbooks, supplies, and Application fees are not included.
